We were getting stressed out trying to get our cat Bubba to the U.K with us, then we found Air Animal Pet Movers on the Internet. We went to Tampa and met with Charrisse who put at ease straight away. We chose the door to door service and Charrisse talked us through the whole process reassuring us all the time that Bubba would be well taken care of,at the end of the meeting we were feeling a lot more relaxed. In the weeks that followed Charrisse kept us informed of all that was happening, and helped us with the vet appointments, Charrise also gave us her phone number so we could call and talk to her over the weekends if we had any questions or concerns. We believe Charrisse went above and beyond excellence in taking care of us and especially our cat Bubba, we thank her so very much for everything and would highly recommend anyone looking to move their pet with Air Animal Pet Movers meet with Charrisse, she will put them at ease.

Hi Jessica! I wanted to drop you a note and say that Dexter arrived yesterday and everything has gone very well. It looks like things went very well. The bottom of his cage had been changed and was filled with clean newspaper shredding, he was clean and seemed much calmer than we expected. He came out of the cage pretty quickly and has started to warm up to the apartment. He is eating and drinking and doing well. Thank you very much for your help during the process (which started with Australia and ended here in the Netherlands). It has been a great experience and you were a pleasure to work with. Evelyn, Thanks for this. We arrived in our village at noon (heavy holiday traffic on the London orbital ring road) and Toby arrived at 14:30 local time, just as we had started unpacking. He was apparently unfazed by his adventure and immediately raced around the house and garden inspecting everything. We all had a very early bedtime. The flight back was much more smooth than the west bound crossing and we picked up some pleasant tail winds, arriving about 20 minutes early. We went for our usual post tea time walk yesterday in glorious sunshine, Toby exchanging barks with all his old chums. It looks set to be a summer to remember after a very unpromising wet Spring. I will take full credit for bringing some Florida weather to this corner of England when I visit our pub this evening with Toby. Thank you so much for shepherding him, and us, through what was meant to be a six month trip to Tampa; the whole maze of Animal Travel could not have been more nicely smoothed out. Please pass on to Dr. Woolf our gratitude as well.

Cory, I wanted to follow up to reiterate how much I appreciated your involvement and the care you and your entire team at Air Animal Pet Movers took to transport our lovely little Keeva so safely. As I mentioned, she departed from Boston, tail-wagging and super happy to meet Tina and she was delivered tail-wagging and kissing the driver from James Co. She appeared to be fully hydrated and not at all weak as they fed her once she landed in London. Further, the entire vet care process was so smoothly handled and in fact, the clinic mentioned your forms/ services were the best prepared package they had ever seen.

Keeva has been in London for six days now and has thoroughly enjoyed the Royal Parks, Wimbledon Tennis Balls and celebrated her third birthday with a small bite of Victoria sponge cake. She is also enjoying daycare at London Woof and has met so many friends who love her and allow her into all the stores and pubs :-) If I can write a recommendation or provide a testimonial, I would be more than happy to.
