Good Morning Evelyn,

I wanted to let you know that Spencer is already going into his beautiful new home that was delivered Monday evening by Marcus ( who was wonderful by the way....nothing was too much trouble he even had to take a large pool screen out of the enclosure because the crate wouldnt go through any of the doors)
We could not be happier! The crate has been made beautifully we were very impressed with the finished article
Within minutes Spencer actually just walked into the crate on his own...we couldn't believe it!
Yesterday (Tuesday day 2) he went in and fell asleep
Today (Day 3) we were in the garage just coming back from his walk and we said " Are you going to go to sleep in your room?" ...we finished what we were doing in the garage and then started looking for Spencer ...he was asleep in "his room"
Thank you Thank you Evelyn I was so worried because he is a big dog and has never been in a crate but he LOVES it!
His trainer is coming tomorrow to attempt to get him to go in the crate he is going to be in for a shock!

Ella arrived home safely last night and is getting used to her new surroundings...and sleeping a lot! She has been fairly normal, aside from her wariness with the elevator! I gave her a small meal last night but a little more this morning as she seemed ravenous. ...Fortunately we've finally found a permanent home but won't be moving in there until the first week of December. Thank you again for coordinating everything and for making it as easy as possible for us. We really appreciate all the flexibility you provided with our uncertainty regarding her travel dates. It helped that you were so accommodating and understanding with all of it.

My family and I were moving to Dublin and we had no idea how to bring our pets with us. One is an English bulldog and  the other is a cat. Almost all the airlines we contacted didn't take bulldogs because it is a snub-nose breed. We then decided to look online and we found Air Animal. We put in an inquiry to start the process with them to see what could be done. Melissa and her colleagues did one of  the BEST jobs we could ask for. They are super professional and very careful with all the details. I just picked up my pets from Dublin Airport and they got here calm even after a long flight. I do not have enough  words to thank Air Animal for what they did. I highly recommend Air Animal and Melissa!
