On Friday December 11th we had the pleasure of meeting "Lady" the Labrador as she was traveling from Tampa, FL to her new home in Harvard, MA. Lady's owner was no longer able to care for her. Unfortunately Lady was very confused the day of her relocation. She was scared and unsure about her new surroundings. The Air Animal team was concerned for her, as we all worked together to facilitate this complex move. We asked for an update and received this piece of good news-

"So this is unexpected good news -- I think you just saw Lady at a truly terrible low point in her life. Last night when I picked her up she was kind of in shock.
This morning I took her to our local Veterinarian for a full workup and she was really affectionate with everyone, tolerant of blood draws, hip exams, a tooth exam, etc. She is very attentive to people, and has a really sweet disposition, wants to be petted, wags her tail and smiles, etc.
... Getting her to know the other dogs in the right circumstances will be careful work, but wow, we lucked out -- she is great with people.
So thanks for all your work!"

It's hard to tell, but there's part of the Dubai Mall as well. And guess what, it's deemed the largest mall. Everything is the biggest here!

Good Morning Evelyn,

I wanted to let you know that Spencer is already going into his beautiful new home that was delivered Monday evening by Marcus ( who was wonderful by the way....nothing was too much trouble he even had to take a large pool screen out of the enclosure because the crate wouldnt go through any of the doors)
We could not be happier! The crate has been made beautifully we were very impressed with the finished article
Within minutes Spencer actually just walked into the crate on his own...we couldn't believe it!
Yesterday (Tuesday day 2) he went in and fell asleep
Today (Day 3) we were in the garage just coming back from his walk and we said " Are you going to go to sleep in your room?" ...we finished what we were doing in the garage and then started looking for Spencer ...he was asleep in "his room"
Thank you Thank you Evelyn I was so worried because he is a big dog and has never been in a crate but he LOVES it!
His trainer is coming tomorrow to attempt to get him to go in the crate he is going to be in for a shock!

Ella arrived home safely last night and is getting used to her new surroundings...and sleeping a lot! She has been fairly normal, aside from her wariness with the elevator! I gave her a small meal last night but a little more this morning as she seemed ravenous. ...Fortunately we've finally found a permanent home but won't be moving in there until the first week of December. Thank you again for coordinating everything and for making it as easy as possible for us. We really appreciate all the flexibility you provided with our uncertainty regarding her travel dates.
