Seattle, WA to Eldoret, Kenya

Hi Jessica--it was a long trip for Princess (Seattle-Frankfurt-Nairobi and then a six-hour car ride to our home in Eldoret), but she did great. Thanks so much for not only your expertise but also for being so flexible accommodating our transport timing and also for simply caring about her well-being in the whole process.   She’s safe and happy in her new home.  Thanks again--Joel

Bradenton, FL to Frankfurt, Germany

Hello, just to let you know we received them [Emmy's documents], looks great! Had it not been for you being so helpful, and your knowledge and expertise we would not be able to make our flight. A  big "thank you" from the bottom of my heart. The world needs more people like you! Regards, Traudel

Forest Grove, OR to Wassenar, Netherlands

Hi Nilda and Courtney,

Kobe made it safely to Frankfurt Airport yesterday from Seattle on Condor Airlines.  He willingly went into the pet carrier without barking or yelping. He was a trooper.

Arrived at Frankfurt yesterday afternoon from Seattle.  He was dehydrated and hungry, but in good shape.

There were no problems with German customs. Thank you for helping us with the paperwork. Could not have done it without you.

We are so happy to have our dog with us  in The Netherlands.  We will send a picture for Dr. Sid and Pacific Vet Clinic soon.

He does have a little jet lag, but overall he is adjusting well to his new environment.

USA to Philippines

Jessica Nickler went far above and beyond the call of duty! Very prompt and adept in one of the most trying and challenging situations, she was able to create an opportunity!

We arrived a bit late due to the confusion of the location of the cargo holding area. Upon arriving I was rejected by staff, several times I was told to contact the airline and reschedule pick up for my pet. Understandably I was devastated by this information because my family and I were scheduled to leave the country the next day, also their flight wasn’t due for takeoff for another 5 or 6 hours. I called Jessica after work hours, she picked up and instructed me to return to the building so she could speak with them! A few moments later, I was told I could then bring my dog in for shipping. Thanks to the brave and courageous work of Jessica, everything went accordingly. Had it not been for her, we would have left our pet behind. She deserves this recognition and so much more. Thank you Jessica for everything and this unforgettable experience! Our Zeus is now having the best time of his life in the Philippines!

Zeus livin' the LIFE!

Austin, TX to Greystones, Ireland

Hi,

My wife Mandy and I, and of course our cat Bow Tie, would like to wish you a very merry Christmas and we would also like to say thank you again for everything you helped with in transporting Bow Tie from Texas to Dublin. One of the most stressful aspects of our international move was getting him sorted out and the service you provided took away a lot of that stress.

Bow Tie is now very settled in our new house and I think the stresses of the move are a distant memory for him now and he has resumed his usual routine of sleeping most of the day followed by being a brat for a little while (repeat cycle ad infinitum). I will have no problem recommending your services to everyone and anyone I know or meet who are looking into doing a pet relocation.

Merry Cchristmas to you, your family, and everyone at Air Animal and we also wish you the very best for the new year ahead.

Naples, FL to Bucharest, Romania

Dear Jessica,

We wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for your help moving our Tally to Romania. We have travelled with pets in the past and this was the first relatively stress-free experience that we have had.

We were so pleased that your associates in Frankfurt sent a note and a picture for us when they had to unexpectedly hold Tally overnight. It was very reassuring to see that he was well and being cared for.

All the Best,

Bridget, Bogdan and Tally Popescu

Houston, USA to London, UK

During the move, Cory shared that another Air Animal pet parent named their cat Chairman Meow as well. Meowseph is pleased his name is so distinctive. ;-)

"Hi Cory,

Sorry for the late reply. I’ve had to adjust to UK times while traveling back and forth three times to the airport to get my COVID tests done. That’s hilarious about Chairman Meow! Seems like my name isn’t as unique as I thought!

Anyway, just wanted to let you know the cats are doing fine and have mostly. They went from extremely scared the first night to extremely angry (with me) the second night to now being perfectly comfortable. Thanks for all your help getting the cats to the UK safely with no hiccups! I’ve attached a few pictures.

Kind regards,

Lucy"

Brazil to Luxembourg

Meet Mel. This world traveling Boston Terrier moved from Brazil to Luxembourg. Her pet parent lived in Peru and contacted Air Animal Pet Movers before a company relocation. Luxembourg requires a three-month process to import a dog, so Mel moved to Brazil to live with his dad’s mom and wait for the okay to board a plane. Air Animal’s trusted Brazilian service partner, Jerry B, put Mel on a flight from Brazil to Frankfurt, Germany. From there, she traveled by ground reuniting with her pet parent in their new home.

“Hi Cory,

Mel is doing great! We missed her a lot.

Thank you so much for everything and be aware that Jerry has done a great job.

We’ve communicated by phone and Whatsapp messages and his support was amazing. He noted that my mom was concerned about Mel’s departure and send her messages and pictures of Mel when in the airport and also messages when arrived in Frankfurt.

This is more than a simple shipment.

Thank you a lot!

Rudney”

U.S. to Australia

 Hi Jessica,

Attached are some pics of Darcy settling into his new home – including his new spot in my home office 😊

He’s settled in a lot better than I thought he would. He’s eating and interacting with us like we’ve never been apart. He’s playing with the kids and giving me heaps of snuggles. We are really lucky to have him in our lives.

I can’t thank you enough for getting him home for us. There’s no way I could have navigated the complexities of the Australian animal import requirements so we are so grateful to have you!!

Thanks again for everything.

Los Angeles, CA to Poland: COVID Pet Move

Hi Martiza,

We wanted to thank you for coordinating Leo and Panda's move to Poland.

Although a little stressful during the final hours, we truly appreciated your real-time communication and professionalism.

Attached are photos of Leo and Panda enjoying their new space.

Thank you,

Jeff Alexander

Boston, MA to London, UK: COVID-19 pet move

Riker has three loving pet parents in his corner helping him relocate to the UK.

From Tracey in the UK: Thank you so much Cory you made the whole process from my point of view easy.

I did call the UK agent for a update and he was just about to call me to say he was almost ready to be picked up!

The animal reception centre very efficient even with the COVID-19 process.

+++++

From Susan Kane in USA: Tracey said that the people at the Animal Reception Centre were lovely - he was out in less than 4 hours after at least one other dog and two cats from New York who were in the queue ahead of him.  The only issue was that they fed Riker ALL the food that Debbie had packed for him - several days worth!

Debbie said that the man at BA in Boston was very efficient. Debbie was naturally a bit fussy and worried about all the details and he told her not to worry since he had shipped over 1000 dogs in the time he had been on the job.  She can fill in the details for you once she wakes up.  We were up all night tracking the flight.

Riker made it safely to the UK.  Again, thank you for your assistance.  It worked out well even during the summer and a pandemic!  Susan

++++++++

Hi,

I think you have all the news from Susan, but I wanted to add my thanks. All went well in Boston.  We got there about 3:45 and was able to keep Riker outside with us for an hour while they checked him in and taped everything to his crate. I think he was the only dog on that flight. He was kept in an office with the cargo employee until 7:00 when he was taken to the plane.

The only question BA had was if the fee for his ticket had been paid. I told them to call you for verification. Thanks again for your help and for tolerating questions from all of us. We couldn’t have done this move without your services.

Best,

Debbie

Atlanta to Sweden

Hi Maritza!

Astrid has arrived safe and sound to Stockholm and is now on her way together with Terese to Gothenburg! She was very happy when she arrived but fell asleep as soon as Terese started driving, she is probably exhausted from her trip!

Thank you for everything, it feels so good to finally be back on Sweden!

Kind regards,

New York to Singapore

Pax and Surya relocated to Singapore from New York last week and were reunited with their pet parents after the required Singapore 10-day quarantine.

Dear Air Animal,

That’s a huge relief and a big part of our transition complete.

Thanks a lot to your team too for all the care and the attention!!

Anthony & Cristina, thanks for the help in New York to get the dogs started on their journey in comfort and style!

And Cory, what can I say! What an adventure it’s been. We can all now relax. Your patience and persistence and positive energy has been the mainstay of this move and made it possible. Thank you for everything!!

Now it only remains for me to complete my quarantine and meet up with Kartik and the dogs 😀

As a way of saying thanks that Pax and Surya are with us and that they are lucky to have so much care and attention from so many people along the way, Kartik and I donated to a dog charity in Singapore. So we can pass on some of that love.

With warm wishes
Kavita and Kartik

Beijing to Guangzhou to Singapore

XiaoXiao, a male Turkish Angora, flew from Beijng to Guangzhou, China to Singapore during the pandemic. Here he is finally home after the trip and 30 days of quarantine in Singapore.

"Many thanks for bringing Xiaoxiao over and for this information.

And thank you to everyone for their efforts for making this happen. We are incredibly grateful and are still in disbelief that he is actually here!

Here are a few pictures and a short video - it was soon after he arrived so he is still a bit wide-eyed and anxious but you might be able to make out the purring!

Thank you again!

The providers for my animal transport [for Jelli and Mochi], they provided excellent support. Well done!
