Hi Jessica--it was a long trip for Princess (Seattle-Frankfurt-Nairobi and then a six-hour car ride to our home in Eldoret), but she did great. Thanks so much for not only your expertise but also for being so flexible accommodating our transport timing and also for simply caring about her well-being in the whole process. Hi Nilda and Courtney,
Kobe made it safely to Frankfurt Airport yesterday from Seattle on Condor Airlines. He willingly went into the pet carrier without barking or yelping. He was a trooper.
Arrived at Frankfurt yesterday afternoon from Seattle. He was dehydrated and hungry, but in good shape.
There were no problems with German customs. Thank you for helping us with the paperwork. Could not have done it without you.
We are so happy to have our dog with us in The Netherlands. We will send a picture for Dr. Sid and Pacific Vet Clinic soon.
He does have a little jet lag, but overall he is adjusting well to his new environment.

Jessica Nickler went far above and beyond the call of duty! Very prompt and adept in one of the most trying and challenging situations, she was able to create an opportunity!
We arrived a bit late due to the confusion of the location of the cargo holding area. Upon arriving I was rejected by staff, several times I was told to contact the airline and reschedule pick up for my pet. Understandably I was devastated by this information because my family and I were scheduled to leave the country the next day, also their flight wasn’t due for takeoff for another 5 or 6 hours. I called Jessica after work hours, she picked up and instructed me to return to the building so she could speak with them! A few moments later, I was told I could then bring my dog in for shipping. Thanks to the brave and courageous work of Jessica, everything went accordingly. Had it not been for her, we would have left our pet behind. She deserves this recognition and so much more. Thank you Jessica for everything and this unforgettable experience! Our Zeus is now having the best time of his life in the Philippines!

This big red dog is Nanook. He and his big sis are going to explore Cambridge together.

Thank you for checking up on Nanook. He is doing well and adapting to his new environment. We arrived this weekend and haven’t had much time to go out and explore the area. But here is a photo I took of Nanook looking out his big sister’s bedroom. ;)
