Marion, Virginia to Lyon, France

Halo & Nico

Hi Jessica, I am just now accessing my emails. Catching up on sleep. Nico and Haylo arrived and they are settling in to the new environment and house. I once again want to thank you for all of your assistance and for making the process of shipping our pets less stressful. I don't think I could have done this alone without having a tremendous headache. We will definitely be in touch in the future and will highly recommend your company. We will forward you some pics of the dogs.

Thanks again and have a great weekend. Dee

Thor

Hi Evelyn, Thank you again, Thor came last night at 7.30p to our home, yeah. First the steps to the 2nd floor were a little bit heavy after that time in the kennel, but shortly after his first walk, he was doing great. Today he already had many wonderful walks, a lot of doggy FB and made new friends. Thank you again Evelyn for taking care of our family member and that it worked so fast, so that this momma wasn't so upset anymore. Here he is resting on the floor with the family.

Best regards, Sybille

Tampa, FL to Melbourne Australia

Annie Anzac

Dear Michelle, Dr Woolf and all the staff at Air Animal Pet Movers, Just wanted to send a quick note to thank you all for the care and diligence that was taken to ensure our dear old dog made it safely home to Australia. Annie was released on Sunday from the maximum security prison that is the new Australian quarantine and bio safety facility in the countryside north of Melbourne. Of course once we were allowed through the steel doors and barbed wire into the facility the staff were fantastic and had naturally fallen in love with our dog as well. Annie was in good health but has adopted a world weary attitude that implies 'I am pleased to see you but what the heck are you doing to me now!'!!!! Our house in Canberra is not quite ready for occupation as we wanted to repainted and lay new carpet before moving back in. Consequently it looks like a bomb site. Once again we are treated to 'the look' from Annie. Hopefully by the end of next week our furniture will be in and she can curl up in her smelly old chair and life will be back to normal! Thanks once again for your care and professionalism.

Regards from Down Under Michelle, Richard and Annie

P.S. the last photo is of Annie soaking wet! We had a 6 hour drive back to Canberra after collection and stopped for lunch at a park that had a pond. Annie immediately jumped in the water and started swimming and chasing ducks!!!!! So obviously completely over jet lag but now we had a wet smelly husky in the car for the rest of the trip!!!! Life with a dog!

West Grove,Pennsylvania to Dublin,Ireland - Gabe's Story

Gabe

My husband and I were moving to Ireland and chose to bring our dog "Gabe" because we were leaving all other family and friends. He is a very sweet, black labradoodle. He is the size of a great dane with a heart to match. He is healthy and happy and loves most of all to play with his ball!

When I contacted Air Animal Pet Movers, I worked with Melissa. Right away she determined that Gabe would need an extra large crate with an extension on it to be able to ride comfortably in his flight. I appreciated their ability to determine these factors. They also worked closely with our local veterinarians to make the move smooth. Gabe was receiving Air Animals "door-to-door" service. We did get an extreme blizzard after I left and his departure date and location had to be adjusted to make it all work. I was thankful when Air Animal Pet Movers made all of these details come together. Gabe had a direct flight to Dublin, then he went through customs clearance and delivery to my residence. He arrived in Ireland safely, however, after he arrived I noticed he was not acting like himself, his stomach seemed to be bothering him. I contacted Air Animal immediately and Dr. Woolf was very, VERY good at assessing the situation. Dr. Woolf talked me through an assessment of Gabe's condition and was able to determine that this was a critical situation and Gabe needed to be checked immediately. Air Animal made arrangements with a local veterinarian and arranged a ride for us to their office. The local vet said that Gabe was very ill and needed to stay in the hospital. He had a "torsion," a life-threatening condition that can occur in large dogs like Gabe. Their stomach twists and will they can die from circulatory shock. The vet did a procedure to stop this problem from advancing and stopped the need for emergency surgery. Air Animal continued to check on Gabe and showed consideration and care and did all they could do to make sure Gabe was well. Gabe made a full recovery and I do feel he is alive today due to the professional care from Melissa and Dr. Woolf at Air Animal Pet Movers and Dr. Mark, the vet in Ireland. He is now back to playing with his ball, taking walks and his tail is wagging!

I can't thank you enough for your genuine care of our family!
