Denver, CO to Aukland, New Zealand

Sometimes our customers are so happy they refer us to their veterinarians, as Abram did.

Amber,
The best company in the industry is Air Animal. I did the comparisons & research. If you want the cheapest, they'll act as a guide. If you want them to handle everything, you pay extra. I've been working with Evelyn. She's been consistently helpful along both moves. Oh yeah - you may not know this but I'm moving again. Not exactly sure where yet. I hope this helps.

Sadie

Evelyn,
Sorry for the late reply...still in car on way back to Naples from Rome. Sadie got in about 12:05 p.m. our time, but I did not get any paperwork until almost 2:45 p.m...Italian customer service. Finally got paperwork and then had to discuss what we were doing with some customs officials. Took a moment, but finally got a stamp for Sadie and went to go close out with the air transport company and pick her up. So, we left all closed out around 3:50 p.m. All in all, other than the waiting on paperwork at the desk, it was a success. Sadie is a bit tired and frazzled, but to be expected, thanks for all your assistance and help. We will definitely recommend your company to our military family and friends!

Belle

Hi Patti,
Just wanted to let you know Belle, the Ecuadog, and I made it safely to Ecuador. She was a real champ and she is now adjusting happily. She seems to love living on the beach and chasing crabs and rolling in dead fish (I am not so crazy about the fish part.) She also doesn't seem to mind bounding up the stairs to my 3rd floor art studio. Long walks and long stairs are really adding to her appetite! All is well here. Thanks for all your help.
Sigrid
P.S. The day before we left the Ecuadoran gov't got rid of the requirement to have the Consul Stamp on dog's paperwork. They say all they want henceforth is USAD forms.

Fritzi

Hello Pattie,
Everything went very well. Nobody even checked Fritzi’s paperwork. Fritzi loves it here in Germany. He chases his sister Daisy. You helped me with her documents in December 2013 when I brought her with me. The two dogs are very happy together and play all day. Here’s a picture of them together. Fritzi is on the left and Daisy on the right.
Thanks again for everything.

Lucy

Lucy arrived just fine, thank you! She's settling in as I write this. Thank you Ron Parker and Cathy for making all of the arrangements. It all went super smooth and she was calm and happy to see me this am at Logan. Best, Karen

Cathy,
You probably only get responses from people who had difficulties with their moves, but I wanted to let you know everything went well. From the pickup to the drop off, everything was great and the dogs are happy.
Thanks for all your help,
Don

Jazzy

Hello Pattie – Well we made it to Tel Aviv, Israel! There was not a peep, poop or pee out of Jazzy, our Shih Tzu, from the time we entered the airport in Tampa, FL until the time we arrived, 13-14 hours later in Tel Aviv. I must say that Jazzy was better than any child on an airplane! Customs never asked for papers, just so you know. Jazzy goes everywhere with us and is a real trooper. It’s a joy to have him here with me. Thanks again for all your help!

Take care, Michelle Upfalow
