Hi Michelle!! We did it!! Finally we made it safely! Morena did very good and all the paperwork met the requirements. Navigating the Rio airport was challenging but we managed to do it with some help from the customer service department. It took us 4 hours to clear customs( luckily we had somebody who translated to us)..it was very stressful....

Thank you for your first and second email! The girls are spoiled rotten and my family are so wonderful for all their help! I hope they brought a little happy to your afternoon.

We FINALLY made it back to Hohenfels this evening. Lufthansa took such great care of the girls when they arrived, I was truly impressed! I also really appreciate all the work you put in to helping me and my family. Throughout all the stress you were so helpful! Please let me know if there is anything we can do for you!
