Hi, Michelle! First of all I wanted to let you know that I will not only write this email, but I will make sure to write a review on your website. We are finally reunited with HULK, and he was super happy and excited to see us! Find attached picture.

I can not thank you enough for all your patience from the beginning of the process all the way until the end, even with me involving all my friends, who are more like family to us, in the process. You still kept professional, responsive and absolutely kind to all of us. I know you must receive 100 emails like this, but I HAD to send you this email to let you know how happy we are, and how we will forever be grateful to you!

I have no words to express how important you were on the hole process always understanding our questions and calming me and my wife down when we were worried. Hulk was Healthy through all 10 days, ate and went to the restroom normally ALL 10 Days!!!

Hi Jess, Thanks again for scrambling to get ever thing sorted for Willow. This picture is of Willow on the plane with me. We had no problems in the airport or on the plane, or at Heathrow. It all could not have been easier. We're enjoying settling down in our new surroundings and our new life

Hi Cory, Yes, Yolanda arrived safely and is doing great ! You wouldn’t even know she just flew across the ocean to another country. She is acting just as she always has and is enjoying her new yard. She has drank water and even ate a little food. Thank you so much for everything. I’m very impressed with your service and so grateful you got her here safely!
