Thank you so much for the update! The guys at LAX were super impressed with the service you provided me (as am
I)! They were especially impressed you had all the bills of lading etc. already printed out and filled out. They asked
for your details, so I gave them the card you had stapled to the folder that came via FedEx as they wanted to give
your details to a few people. I also gave your details to my Vet, as they said that they're always being asked for
good pet transportation companies so fingers crossed you will get lots more work from Los Angeles :) Thanks
again for your help, and I will shoot you a note when I get to St. Petersburg, FL!
