Hi Rachel, I've been meaning to write to let you know that everything went well. Mica and Willow are enjoying the Swedish summer and all the new sights and smells. The guy who came to pick them up in St. Cloud was great. Very professional and friendly. He called me after they were checked in and told me that everything went well. My brother told me that the people who took them through customs and delivered the dogs to him had been in touch with him a few days earlier to introduce themselves. They were very friendly and professional. He said the dogs were very calm when they arrived and seemed to have had a good trip. Thank you for everything Rachel. I like that every question or issue I had was answered or resolved immediately, and that you were always available to address any concerns I had. I would definitely recommend Air Animal to friends and family who want to relocate or travel with their pets.
