You did a great job of handling all these details. This is my first experience transporting a pet & I can attest to the fact that having professional experience is a must.
I contacted six (6) places and all except Air Animal were completely stupefied in how to get these cats from Athens to the Heraklion Airport for our pickup. In addition, you provided a timely report whereas I had to expedite the others.
You rock, Evelyn!
