Everything yesterday went very well.
Took about 2 hours from the time we arrived until we had Lucy. They took excellent care of her and the cargo area at the terminal seemed to cater to dogs.
Greatly appreciate all your work on this and you made this stress-free for our family. The paperwork and was excellent and we were never questioned by the German Lufthansa staff at any time. They said it was perfect. Also, the vet in Lecanto stated he had never seen paper work laid out so well. Made his submission to the USDA uneventful.
Your team is well worth the extra cost and again thank you for getting Lucy to us. We'll make sure to recommend your business to anyone else we know who wants to ship a dog internationally!
