Cathy, Thank you so much for everything you did for us we were able to pick up Dozer and Twinkle from quarantine today. The boarder/ transporters were absolutely wonderful and kept us posted on everything. Once again thank you for everything you have done. The boarder did ask us where we got the food and water bowls. I let them know we got them through your company.

We made it! The wait at Heathrow after I cleared customs was only about 2 hours. Everything went smoothly, as much as anything like this can, but we are all safely home now. Thank you for guiding us through the process of transporting George and Sophie, I am sure we would have fallen foul of one rule or another without your help.

Hi Jess, Yes, all is well, the cats are with me in our new home. They were delivered yesterday morning and I brought them home straight away. All were/are well, although freaked out by their adventure. They are finally settling down - 2 are on the bed, 1 on a new cat tree and Kali is on her freshly-washed travel bed. I thought I had lost Patches last night so didn't get any sleep. Finally found her in the rafters and thatch of the house this morning...... She has now decided that the bed is far more comfortable! Kali is crazy affectionate - very unusual for her. THANK YOU again for everything, you have been GREAT!!!!
