Rosa, your service provider in New York did a wonderful job with the transport of our 10 cats. They were on time, kept us informed of progress and took excellent care of them. This was a superb job all-around from your help to their outstanding services. Thank you for helping to make this as convenient and well-organized as we could have hoped for. The furry felines are starting to settle into their new home, and the shock of travel has worn off. This was perhaps the biggest anxiety of our trip, and you all handled it professionally.

Cathy, You were great to put up with me and The Girls. Anthony of the courier service on his end was great. He did give us the heads' up that the airline may not accept them since the crates could have been too short for the dogs' heads. (Less than 4" from the top of the kennel). But there turned out to be no problem. I asked the baggage dude at the door whether they were in the plane and he said he had loaded them himself; then I asked the pilot to fly smoooooth since he a couple of Newfy passengers down below and here is nothing worse than a puking Newfy. He did a good job. And you, my dear did the best job of all. The Girls arrived safe and sound and on time in reasonably good condition with only a little psychological attention required. And that was my doing (fort moving to Austin in the first place ) not yours.

Moving our 3 large dogs from the east coast of USA to Australia was very daunting. I got to a point where I needed help. I researched and chose Air Animal Pet Movers. Jess was assigned to my lot. She did an amazing job, especially when we had trouble on the first leg on United Airlines. I truly don’t know what I would have done without her and her local associate to get my boys on that plane. All my fears were put to rest when I recieved photos of the boys at the LA location where they overnighted. I can’t say enough good! I was VERY skeptical at first and interviewed 5 pet movers. Air Animal was very attentive, detailed, proactive, helpful, and took care of my baby exceptionally through the whole process. And my process was complicated!!! I had an International move of a CITES II macaw to Peru from Tampa...USDA vets, quarantines, inspections, federal permits, coordination through customs, US Fish and wildlife documents, pet passport, quarantine and inspections in Peru...Air Animal and their partner Pet Wings made it SUPER smooth!! It was technically the hardest part of our entire expat move but Air Animal made it the smoothest and easiest!! Thank you to Jessica Nickler and her whole team.
